I have problems unlocking my watch, it won't let me unlock it, can someone help me? It tells me to unpin it from my cell phone but I don't get the unpin icon

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Jorge79. I'm sorry to hear that you're not able to unlock your Ionic. 

As @Odyssey13 mentioned, currently there is a Voluntary Safety Recall of Fitbit Ionic Smartwatches and won't be more updates or watches. For more information, please visit our web page at help.fitbit.com/ionic.

I wanted to let you know that I'm going to close this thread to keep the community organized and prevent any confusion.
