I cannot update my watch, I have tried everything I can think of, my fitbit wont sync half the time, but works perfectly with my laptop, the fitbit dongle isnt recognized so I cant do that, please help, I just want to update my watch 😞

For a better understanding of your issue, can you please let me know if you're talking about updating the firmware version of your Ionic device or about syncing it? Based on the information that was posted, it seems that you're having syncing difficulties, therefore, please let me know which mobile device are you using and try the troubleshooting steps from our help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

 

If your issue is about firmware, I recommend you to learn more about how to update the firmware version of your Fitbit device with the information that's specified on this help article. Then, please move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

It was the Update that wasn't working.
