I wanted to ask the community if anyone elses ionic is stuck at firware level 27.33.1.30 .
I am in process of working with Fitbit support (sigh) , they have replaced my watch and new one doesnt update either. I have around 20 email exchanges with support and because I first used my Samsung Galaxy S5 they want to focus on that as unsupported. Which I accept it is. BUT I have tried to update using Windows 10 App and on my partners Samsung Galaxy S9 Andorid App 3.13. It still does not update.
Has anyone update to the realeases that Fitbit say are out there above my release detailed on this page
I find it hard to belive I am the only person with this issue.

My orginal Ionic crashed. So I bought a new 1 in July 19. That one crashed to just a black screen in December. I waited 2 weeks to get a replacement under warranty. I worked on that one for 3 solid days trying to get it to update. Never happened. I called support went thru the entire crap of how to do it , only to be told. I think this one has a problem. You think!!!!
Long story short it took 3 replacements before I finally got one to update. Why they send them out to customers not updated is beyond me.
This will be my last fitbit. No more.
