Unable to view clock install page

When I click on a clock I'd like to install in the all clocks section of the app the loading symbol just keeps going and no install page is displayed.

@Stempy852 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thanks for getting in touch about this. 

 

I would like you to make sure you have the latest Fitbit app version installed in your phone and confirm you're following this procedure to install a clock face.
