OK so unboxed Ionic which bought to replace yet another faulty Alta and lo and behold after 2 hours on charge its not taken any charge though it was indicated as charging. Any ideas? Looks like yet another call required and probably yet another replacement... What is it with fitbit quality? Pretty sure a chinese knockoff would be better after this experience.
