So I got the error unlock with phone after not using my fitbit ionic for a while. Without looking up any information I went to the account profile and removed fitbit ionic from there. Now I can't reset the pin or anything.
Is there any way to factory reset my ionic without having to go to the settings on the profile or on the device settings itself?
