Unlock with phone

Hi all.

 

i have a red error message come up on my Fitbit ionic saying “unlock with phone”. Uninstalled the watch and now can’t reinstall it as Bluetooth not picking it up. Tried to restart too. Didnt work! Not sure what to do now 😞

Make sure you don't have the device remembered in Bluetooth settings. I'm not sure you were supposed to remove the tracker from your account. Try to set the Fitbit up again. If it doesn't work, call/text/tweet Fitbit support.
