Hi @Odyssey13, thanks for the heads up! @Twijukye2014, I'm glad to see you around. 

 

To unlock your Ionic, I'd recommend to try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit or stop the Fitbit app.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and manually sync.
  3. Once your device shows as connected, tap the Account icon.
  4. Tap on your Ionic image > Device lock
  5. Enter unlock code for phone
  6. Tap on Disable / Reset pin
  7. Enter a new pin. Once the new pin is saved, you can enter it on the screen of the watch to unlock it.

 

If you don't use Fitbit Pay on your device, you can disable that feature by going back to the previous screen on the Fitbit app, tap Device lock again and then on Disable.
