And my Fitbit Ionic died that same day. First the heart rate monitor went out immediately after completing the update. Then I got on here and did all the steps to get it going again. Then it worked when it wanted to and would read my heart rate however it wanted to. It could be at 72 but it would be reading 112 or something.
So I did the factory reset and all was working fine, until I updated again. What was i thinking? It immediately died again. This time it would not track sleep nor heart rate and finally quit tracking steps.
I am out of warranty. So I guess the Fitbit is a goner. My suggestion. Don't do the update.
