have you tried cleaning the terminals. if you have enough gunk collected in the area where the magnetic connector locks it will not have enough contact to charge. I would try cleaning it first then plug it in and hold the left and the right bottom button together while it is charging. Hope it helps

Hi @DebT3247, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

@Suneil It's nice to see you participating over here, the suggestions that were shared in your post are really appreciated.

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

Your update is appreciated @DebT324, sorry for the delayed reply.

Since your device is now charged. please check how the syncing procedure works here and review if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed. Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Keep me posted.
