Unresponsive device

It would be great if the Ionic would actually work!  I'm on my second one now and it's completely unresponsive, you can't interact with the screen, it turns off randomly, won't even respond consistently when the buttons are pressed, so it's not even usable as a watch let alone a fitness tracker.  How about you don't start selling products until they actually work?!

Hi @Cazza4, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!

Thanks for your post and the feedback that was shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Let me know if you have any additional questions, I'll be here.

I've been in contact with your customer service team and tried everything to sort it out but nothing helps and you won't send a replacement. So that's hundreds of pounds wasted! As I suggested you really shouldn't start selling products until they actually work. This is my second device and I've had issues with both the software not tracking over 26km and then the first device just dying on me and now the replacement device became unresponsive after only a week and you don't care and won't do anything about it. I won't be buying any Fitbit products again, I have no trust in your products or your customer service.
