My Ionic shut off and wont respond at all. Tried to restart with left and bottom buttons. Tried to reset with all three buttons. Nothing happens. Won't charge. App says it's at 29%. Please help

I appreciate all the information that was shared in your post and the troubleshooting steps that were done prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive?
