My Ionic just up and died in me. I had a warning yesterday that the battery was low. I plugged it in this morning and it won’t charge. I cleaned the little charger prongs, but that didn’t work. I bought my ionic at a reduced price of $239 CAD after my last Fitbit died in July 2018. I am so disappointed. This is now the third Fitbit to crap out on me. I’d expect this to last longer than 18 months. What can be done now?
