If you're having problems updating your ionic, un-pair from your device (bluetooth). Reset your ionic (press hold left button and hold down bottom right buttom). After watch resets, pair back to device and then run the update.

@En38nazI'm not sure what you mean by unpaid from your device.
Are you saying to remove it from your phones Bluetooth screen? This is how to unpaid .
However it is impossible for the user to then pair the tracker up .This pairing is done by the app, not the user.
