Hello. I'm very disappointed so far with the evolution of the ionic os. No new updates, no spotify app, no new apps. .. Whats happening? Can anyone update me on this subject? Thank you

This has been my issue as well. I like the device but features and updates have not been forthcoming. Even LG updates more often than Fitbit. Because if this the Ionic will be my last Fitbit device.  I will go Samsung or switch to a Google device. I really like the latest Apple offering but I am not switching to a $1000 phone just to get their watch
