Hi,
Have a few problems with my ionic.
Did a factory reset and now struck at "Hold this button from ...."
Since left button not responding, can't get out of this page. Change clock face couldn't help. Press and hold left and lower right button not responding. Battery fully charged.
Appreciate any help on this.

Ya, got my replacement unit after troubleshooting with the fitbit tech support. Awesome fitbit team!
Everything's fine now. Back to my routine.
