I purchased ionic from USA since its not released in India.
My ionic is acting weird with my Oneplus 5, sometimes it gives notification on my ionic and sometimes it doesn't, I use t have to same issue using surge with my Oneplus 2.
Anyone please help and FITBIT please make oneplus devices compatible since there are many users of that device.

@ketankothari Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I was checking the list of supported devices and, as you mentioned, wasn't able to find the OnePlus 5 listed. This is surely the main reason why you experience this intermittent performance for notifications. The only one completely supported is the OnePlus One.
However, I'd still recommend performing some troubleshooting steps for notifications. Please try those steps and check if that will work for you. That could help you out on getting this sorted!

OnePlus 5 is just jusing standard notifications on Android 8 or 7. There is nothing special. Fitbit connect is probably not optimized for Android 8.
Try to disable battery optimization for Fitbit connect on your OP5. This prevent your phone from killing the app after some time.

@SteffenBerlin I have the same problem, it notifies me of the sms but not the calls. I have disabled Fitbit's battery optimization but the calls do not notify me.

Hi ketan . First of all thanks for posting this message . I am one plus 5 user and forget about notification I couldn't get to update even my firmware. Please tell me how you did it. I got latest update on op5
