My ionic started to play up last night. It vibrated for no reason, as if there was an incoming notification, but there is no notification. And especially at 4am
this is quite unpleasant.
In the last 10 minutes it vibrated like this 4 times. Still no notifications. Sometime the screen will change from the music I was playing to the settings screen. But sometimes all it does is light up.
(I should mention that the only notifications I allow to my Ionic are phone calls and FaceTime calls anyway, and at night my phone is in DND mode)
Another peculiar thing is that last night before I went to bed at 10pm I charged my ionic until 30% which should’ve been enough to get me through the night. But when I woke up at 4:30 it was dead. And my sleep tracking indicates it died at 1:30.
Help me please!

Try a quick restart first @Zippora by holding the the back (left) and bottom buttons down together until the screen flashes, if it continues to vibrate randomly try again with a deeper reset by holding through a couple screen flashes until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Don't panic, it's not frozen, after about 10 secs everything will reboot to dark and then relaunch the home screen. Never a bad idea to force a sync to your mobile first if doing the deeper reset by touching and pulling down on the fitbit tile screen on an Apple mobile, or swiping up from the bottom on a windows mobile, to be sure there are no lost steps.
(Losing steps make me cranky - lol)

Thanks @wmchapman. I tried both reset options. But no luck. At random times there is still a quick double vibration.
