View Battery Indicator during exercise

Is there a way to see the battery level while tracking an exercise (other than ending the exercise) I had a Surge, and now an Ionic. I often go on long distance runs or hikes and being able to monitor the battery level while tracking would be helpful.

Unfortunately it is not possible. I agree with you that it is an important feature. There is already an open suggestion for the purpose so you might want to vote for it and add your comment.
