I have Apple AirPods. I can not adjust the volume with either the (+) or (-) on the screen or the hard buttons on the side. It is stuck at a louder volume and makes it impossible to listen to music from the product. What’s the fix for this?

I forgot to mention that I have also tried to remove the AirPods from the Ionic and resync the AirPods after restarting the Fitbit and found no success. Please fix.

Same here with Apple AirPods 2 and latest Ionic OS.

Also the bluetooth connection is really bad... Why Fitbit don't give a solution for this problem?
