Volume control

I have the ionic. I can't get the volume to turn up or down when I have my bluetooth earphones connected. The volume is blasting.  I can't get it to turn up or down onscreen or with the buttons.  What am I doing wrong? Help please

Hello @Giggleblu without knowing which operating system your phone uses, or the model of the phone, we may not be able to help. 

On android open the Bluetooth manager then tap on settings for the headphones and disable keyboard.

Where you able to assign the tracker as a keyboard input. And turn of the keyboard for the headphones?

It doesn't show a keyboard to disable. This is all it shows. Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
