When will you accept responsibility for the sub standard, not fit for purpose, nightmare of an ionic and rectify faults or replace the said unit ????

I have had no joy from your so called customer care, so stuck with a glorified watch !!!!! 

So very disappointed with you as a company, I have been a longtime, loyal customer and have been treated awfully.

sort yourselves out and properly test products before releasing them to the public. 

Unless you take action and make me happy I will never buy or recommend Fitbit again !!

Today the ‘iconic ionic’ continues to add to its list of ongoing faults !?!? it decided to turn itself off randomly and not record anything ? Had to do a complete reset to get it to comeback to life !!! 

What a pile of poop !!!

I am also so done with my piece of junk Ionic. I am sick and tired of it never syncing and constantly having to go through a million steps to get the stupid thing to sync. I have done everything from factory reset, uninstalling, reinstalling. I am doing this every day, sometimes as much as three to four times a day to get the stupid thing to sync. After spending $300.00 on a watch you would think that it would function properly and it would be able to sync to a phone. I just purchase an Apple 4 and I am hoping beyond hope that it works well and will do as promised. Bye, Bye Ionic Fitbit junk!!!

I don’t get notifications, no auto exercise start, no message alerts, auto sync randomly,  shut down today for no reason as well, An absolutely awful product.
