Walk Exercise Screen (IONIC)

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

There are a few discussions about the walk exercise, but my question is after I do the walk where is this particular event kept?

Where can I compare times, distances, steps, etc.?

Also, it would be nice where I could find more info on what the screen (IONIC) tells me.

Is this in a help index somewhere?

Thank you

Hi @Tegiro,

On the Ionic itself, you can view the statistics under the Today app (swipe up). The last 3 exercises logged show up at the bottom.

Once you perform a sync, you can see more detailed information on the Exercise Tile in the app.

All of this is covered in detail in the Ionic Manual.

Hope this helps.

What I quite don't understand is the pace indicator. It says my pace is
20'03", or 13'34"

What is this? I'm sure my paces are not 20 feet or 13 feet!

Maybe Paul Bunyan but not me VBG!

Ah, I see. In this case, pace is a measurement of time, such as 13 minutes, 34 seconds per mile or km.
