hi

 

i just got my ionic yesterday and the watch strap keeps coming out of the watch. Anyone else have this problem? Or know how to fix it?

Have you tried both bands (small and large) to see if the issue is with the strap or the watch?

I had the same problem and I discovered that I had to push the band into the watch a tiny bit harder to get the band to securely connect to the watch. You should hear a click when the band mechanism is in place, secured to the watch.
