Watch face suddenly stopped lighting

My tracker was working fine this morning, then about an hour ago I tried to check the time and the watch face will not light up either from movement or when buttons are pressed. I did try to do a restart - with no luck, I am not seeing any troubleshooting advice for this...please help.

Ugh. My apologies...I just held down the left and bottom right buttons for a longer period of time...the restart worked for now.

Great!  Remember that.  Restarts solve lots of tracker problems.
