I can't seem to find where to turn on mile markers. My surge was able to buzz every mile and give you a pace/heartrate status, but I can't find that anywhere on the ionic. Is this feature missing, or am I missing it?

You need to initiate the activity within the Exercise app.

Within each activity there is a gear icon where you can set cues and the cue distance.
