So I have downloaded fit it app and the ionic seems to be synced onto my phone.
The watch has not done anyhing other than provide the 4 digit start up pin.
It' so frustrating have turned phone on and off, held buttons left and lower right etc.
Any ideas ?

Thanks for your idea but I cured it ! I took it back and got a full refund !!

It seems it may be a hardware related issue. And there doesn’t seem to be a way to do a hard reboot
