Weather App - Rain Drop

I have applied all of my Google-fu and searches on the Fitbit forums and I have completely failed to find the answer to my following question.

Weather app, rain drop icon: what does it mean?

• Humidity level (percent)
• Percent chance of rain

Both potential uses are shown as a percentage.

Both could be represented by a rain drop. 

Both could be a topic of concern for outdoor fitness events.

I am unable to determine which value it is, the only thing that I know for sure is, it isn't both.

Helen is correct.  It is the percentage chance of rain. Where I live, it's been stuck on 100% for all week!!!

That is disappointing, I'd rather know the relative humidity.  Thanks for the answer.
