iOS 13.3, Fitbit Ionic...

Since a road trip weeks ago, that passed by a small town some 400km from home, the Weather App shows that town as my location, with a blank temperature reading. Advice on the Ionic screen is "sync the app". Changes nothing.

@Canucklecabeza It's nice to see you around. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.

I would like you to make sure you've tried this procedure to update your location:

  1. In the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab

     > your profile picture > your device image > Apps.
  2. Tap the gear icon

next to Weather. You may need to swipe up to find the app.
  3. By default, the Weather app shows your current location, which can't be deleted. Add up to 2 additional locations you want to see in the Weather app.
  4. Sync your device with the Fitbit app. It can take a few minutes to see the updated list of locations on your device.

If you have tried it but it's still not updating, please check the following:

If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.

I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Thanks Silvia! The issue was Location Services. I changed the setting from "Only while using the app" to "Always", and synced. Immediately the Weather App was showing the correct data.
