Weekly Exercise History Information Data

 Hi there,

I wanted to know how to have certain things by default by displayed in your exercise history page.

I recently upgraded to an Ionic from a blaze and previously the data on display in exercise history would show 'time, cals burned and avg bpm'. Now the Ionic shows 'distance, pace and avg bpm' instead which is irrelavent to me. On both I click workout on the fitbit before starting my workout.

Basically I want the information in the weekly exercise to show 'time, cals burned and avg bpm' that the blaze would by default display in the app so I don't need to click into each individual workout to find calories burns.

Thank you.

@James_2018 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your question. I'm glad you upgraded to the Fitbit Ionic. Great watch for sure, I enjoy mine a lot.

What kind of exercise are you tracking? When you select the exercise on the Exercise App on Ionic, let's say "Run"; you should see a gear icon at the corner of that screen. If you tap it you will see some settings for that exercise.

Select "Customize Stats" and you should see three options:

  • Top stat
  • Middle stat
  • Bottom stat

All of them with a selected stat. If you tap on those, you will be able to change what stat you want the exercise to show. I believe this option should help you out with what you are asking for!

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy
