My weekly summary is useless everything but resting heart rate and Average restful sleep is way off. Pounds gained don't make any sense because I never enter any Weight. All of the exercise values are very very low as an example it said I exercise 2 days this week when I exercised 7 days and several days I did double work out. Everyday when I exercise I start the specific app on my watch and stop it accordingly to when I finish.

Let me help you with your Weekly report not showing all your steps and activities. How often do you sync your device? This sounds like a syncing issue in the sense that the report is done with the data uploaded from your device to your account. If you don't sync it regularly then the data won't show on the report. I suggest you sync it daily and specially on Sundays and Monday morning so all data has been uploaded at the time the report is issued.
