Hello @Hominy-1 and welcome.  I'm guessing these numbers you are providing are for eBay items?  I looked at the two items you referenced and they appear to be for the Ionic "Burnt Orange" version.  They also appear to be exactly the same items, however, since these are being sold on eBay, I can only speculate that they are the same.

 

I would highly recommend you purchase the Ionic either directly from Fitbit or a reputable retailer (Local or Internet), who can provide "Warranty" service should you need it.
