@SunsetRunner The best way to track a workout is to use the Exercise app on your Ionic and choose Workout as the exercise type. You can get more help here: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? You will always get the exact start and stop times. The automatic exercise recognition can miss start and stop times. The auto-recognition can also give you faulty results if you take a brief break in the middle. You must exercise for a certain amount of time (the default is 15 minutes) to get something recognized. If you take a break, you could wind up with two exercises or no exercise.
