When logged in all my data was gone

When I logged in today to dashboard I realized that all of my history back to March 2019 is gone.  I have weekly emails since that time giving me updates, so the data must be somewhere--how do I go about restoring it?

@GoJo1016 check one of the headers in your weekly , makiemail for the registered account address.

Now make sure that you logged in with this email.

Just a note, the fitbit account that you are posting from was created this month, not in March. 

This tells me that you need to log out of this recently created account and log into the correct account.

Yeah, that's the issue, I had to set up again today because my email wasn't recognized,  however I have email records back to march?  It just doesn't make sense.

Did you set it up using the same email address? 

If not then log out and choose the forget password option.
