Seriously buy an expensive Ionic but cant connect to Wifi.  very poor product and very disappointing for users.  wont connect to 5 ghz.  what are people supposed to do now?  would be nice if Fitbit fixed that so people can use the product to the full extent.  cant even transfer my music which is one reason I purchased this.  able to have music and use my headphones.

Welcome back @Fishmun! I would like you to confirm you've followed the steps provided on this article How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi? to connect your Ionic to your Wi-Fi. 

 

Also, please make sure you've performed these steps How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?. 

 

Additionally, reply to the following questions: 

- Are you having any error message when downloading music to your Ionic?

- What kind of issue are you having when connecting to Wi-Fi?
