Hi
I have an ionic & on my watch it says IP address wifi off? when I try and connect via the dashboard no wifi addresses come up and it says my watch cannot be found?
I have plugged into power supply, rebooted phone & watch as well as factory reset.
please help.

Welcome to the Community @runningmummy81. Thanks for the details mentioned. I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've tried.
I would like you to make sure that you've followed this procedure to connect your Fitbit Ionic to Wi-Fi. If you're having issues connecting it, then try this procedure Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?.
If you're still unable to get it working, please provide me with a picture of the message that you're receiving in your Ionic.
