It’s so sad to know that such a problem still exists, this is a big failure in my opinion. I thought language support problems, which used to be a big headache 20 years ago, disappeared from the IT world, but obviously Fitbit is still behind in this matter. I even didn’t check for this when I decided to get my Ionic.
I hope Fitbit takes this issue more seriously as Arabic is the first language for more than 300 million people and one of the UN official languages.

We're always striving to enhance Fitbit products and services, and we appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers. We do not currently have plans to release this feature, however this is planned for future products. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs.
