My ionic suddenly went to the Fitbit icon screen, lost all charge within 30 minutes from full charge and now will not stop constantly vibrating. Will not connect to app and won’t charge through charging cord. Constant flashing of ionic logo and constant annoying buzzing

Thanks for all the details on your post, it doesn't sound good. Definitely is not a normal behavior, I'd suggest to perform a restart on your Fitbit Ionic following these steps: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

But if this doesn't help, I think that the best it'd be to check with our support team what is the next step. I can definitely give you a hand with that.

I think it's time to contact Support if you haven't done so already.  The same thing happened when my Flex 1 died.

I performed multiple restarts and now the Fitbit will not charge at all and
I now have no way of using the Fitbit at all
