Last night my ionic fitbit shut off. Just looked down and it was off as if it were dead. Screen is black. Last know bluetooth charge is 32% according to my app on my phone for the ionic. The screen will not turn on nor respond to my charger. When I plug it in the screen does not flash the fitbit icon. When I hold all three buttons down it will not wake up. It was fine yesterday, what is going on?

Same here. Except I shut mine down from the menu options and it didn’t turn back on. No clue how to turn it on. It won’t charge or respond even on the charger for 2 days.

Same thing - had my Ionic at 99% power when I tried to load the latest update...ten minutes later I looked down and it was completely black. All attempts to charge or restart (every button push sequence tried for 30 secs each) did nothing...still dead and unresponsive.

Call customer service and if under warranty they send a new one. Mine should come in 7-10 days now. I'm worried tho bc it was only 6mo old. I sure hope the next 1 they're sending lasts much longer. I really need/utilize the stopwatch and countdown timer features on this watch as I'm a nurse and depend on it for my job.

this happened to mine weeks ago after the update. I have not been able to use it since then.
