Won't turn on

I was at work and my Ionic Fitbit was low on battery and it was going to die soon. I normally don't let the battery drain all the way down but I just forgot to charge it the night before.

So when I got home I plugged it in to charge it and nothing happened. There is no vibration or anything. I have two chargers for it and left it charging on both of the chargers for 30 minutes.

What can I do to fix it?

@Zombie_Michael,

How old is your Ionic? Beg/borrow a QC (Quick Charge) capable charger which is capable of a higher charging current. Your battery looks like it may have dropped too low in voltage where a normal charger can't start the charging process successfully. A higher current QC charger may be able to "kickstart" the charging process.

On a standalone battery you can sometimes send an extra 2 or 3 volts to the battery with a variable power supply for 30-60 secs to "jolt" the battery back to life. Obviously you can't do this with the Ionic, so a higher current 5v charger is you only option.
