Wont charge

My ionic wont take charge and the screen is completely black. Have tried restarting but since the screen is pitch black nothing happens

Then Do a Restart if you can

I have cleaned the contacts and I have tried restarting the device by pressing and holding the restart buttons several times but it doesn’t work

Then contact support. The link is above in my post. Let them know what you have already done to solve the problems. As they will ask again if you do not
