Wont pair to android after update

I've uninstalled the Fitbit app and reinstalled it, force quit and opened it back up, deleted the ionic from my Fitbit app, restarted my ionic, shut down my ionic and turned it back on, plugged it in to make sure its fully charged, turned my bluetooth on and off, unpaired and paired....basically everything that has been told to be done. My phone updated last night and that's when the last sync happened.

I’m also having issues with it not pairing

with my iPhone. I’ve trouble shot it with the guidelines on the website and with the customer service rep. After the factory reset it worked for 10 days before it stopped syncing again. Now it show’s that it’s syncing but when I check the next day the stats are gone. It also doesn’t track my sleep. This is the 2nd round of it not syncing or tracking sleep in the past month.
