Hello @SaPeet and a warm welcome. If the only choice is between Workout and Weights, I would choose Workout. But there are two other choices to consider. They are Bootcamp and Circuit Training. When you tap on your Ionic icon, then go down to Exercise Shortcuts > Edit > remove something > the + Exercise Shortcut becomes active > view the list of Exercise Shortcuts > customize your Ionic.
I suggest you try similar workouts with the different shortcuts. See how your perceived exertion compares to estimated calorie burns. That's the one I would use.
