Yellow Layer Surrounding Sensor

So I make it a point to clean my Ionic around the sensor after a workout. I don't want the sweat to just sit there. But after a while, I've noticed a very light layer of yellow surrounding the sensor. I tried to clean it off with water, but it seems stuck there permanently. Has anyone experienced this and know how to get rid of this?

@Abkang Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for sharing the situation you are experiencing with that yellow layer surrounding the sensor on your Ionic.

That is strange. I have not experience that with my Fitbit devices. However, I think you could use a toothpick to get that out?

Also, check the Wear and Care Guide for more cleaning tips.

Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
