I bought Ionic swatch on 9 Feb 2018 from Berlin and live in Greece. Last day my screen has low quality of colours (lesss pixels) and black vertical lines. Although, I have already restarted my swatch many times, the problem exist. Please how can I replace it. The swatch has almost 5 months life.
