call/ text display on Android device

I am having issues with the call and text display on the watch face of the Ionic...I have tried just about everything to resolve. The device vibrates when a call is coming in, but does not display on the screen...I have to press the left button and then it only shows "incoming call, unknown" in the upper Left corner. does not show caller ID or the option to accept or reject the call. Also does not show up in the notification drawer. 
Can anyone give me any advice? I called customer service and was told that they are aware and that it is a glitch that they are working on getting resolved.

Hey there @monih, welcome on board! Thanks for already troubleshooting this already, nice way to got! 

I'd like you to confirm that the person that's calling it's saved in your phone's contacts. Also, if you go to the phone's settings; just you've allowed the permissions to enable your contacts. 

• Go into your phone's settings
• Select "Apps"
• Select the Fitbit App
• Find "Permissions" 
• Enable your Contacts (toggle over to the right)

This should allow your phone to recognize callers from your contacts list and their name should appear. 

Additionally, make you you have the latest version of the app 2.63 for Android and 2.44.2 for iOS.
