I am getting a "data not cleared. Sync and try again" message. My android can't find my fitbit either. And I can't update because because is locked up with the message. And yes I tried the factory update (several times). Help please

Best AnswerI have been having a nightmare for a week....tried everything asked of me and been issued with a case number 2 days ago and am still waiting for an e-mail from upper echelon....these things are not cheap and would expect to have my frustrations dealt with and get me back on track...VERY DISGRUNTLED !!!!!!!!!

Are you able to sync through some device?
Best AnswerI fixed it. Unpaired the bluetooth connection, then uninstalled my ionic from the fitbit app. I started all over with new installation and set up. 🙂
