@dleblanc80 It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

I would like you to try these tips to improve your heart rate reading on your Fitbit Ionic. Also, please provide me with more details about what you're experiencing: Is your heart rate disappearing? Is your heart rate too low or too high?
