Is deezer the only way music can be obtained and transferred to the ionic watch

I don't want another paid subscription while I still have spotify

If you're in the US then it also supports Pandora and you can download music files that you own. There's information on this at https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2251/
