went hiking yesterday and fitbit logged activity as outdoor biking?? unit is set to automatcally recognize activity.

@jmonro, you can change the name of the exercise activity in the Exercise Log.  Were you using a walking stick or carrying anything with the arm that has the tracker on it, that would prevent it from detecting your walk?   I find it always better to manually start/stop the Exercise Mode to ensure it records the entire activity instead of guessing when I started or stopped.

Just go to exercise settings and change it to hike.It's in exercise on the app dashboard
